Khun Phrawo National Park is situated in an approximate area of 220 square kilometers , covering the areas of Mae Lamao and Mae Ramat National Reserved Forests, Tak Province. The geographical features of the National Park consist of virgin forests, which are the sources of streams and rivers. There are different kinds of wild animals inhabiting in the area of the National Park. At present, the area will be announced as a national park.

The geographical features of the National Park consist of high mountains (at the altitude of 350-905 meters above the medium sea level), which are the sources of major gullies, including Huai Mae La-mao, Huai Mae Charao, Huai Phrawo, Huai Mae Kasa, Huai Mae Kit Luang, Huai Pha-so, Huai Sa-muen Luang, Huai Samae, and Huai Mae Ra-mat, flowing into the agricultural areas of Mae Sot district and Mae Ramat district in Tak province.

Lamnam Mae Lamao Rafting

Huai Mae La-mao is a large-sized gully, with the flowing water throughout the year. You can view beautiful virgin forests on both sides of the Gully. The Gully may be developed as a tourist attraction for rafting.

Pamak Waterfall

Pamak Waterfall is situated in the area of Huai Samuen Luang, Tambon Phawo, Mae Sot district, with the flowing water throughout the year.

Pha Chomprong and Viewpoint

Pha Chomprong is a beautiful cliff with 70-year-old Acrostichum Speciosum (palm-like plants) growing everywhere. In particular, the Cliff has a sightseeing spot in the same area, where you can view a beautiful sunset and scenery of Mae Ra-mard District, as well as the sea of fogs covering the area of Tambon Sam-muen, Mae Ra-mard District in the morning.

Phueng Luang Waterfall

Phueng Luang Waterfall is a small-sized waterfall, situated by the roadside of Highway No.1175, in Tambon Sam-muen, Mae Ramat district. The Waterfall is very popular among local people and people in nearby areas.
